With a primary focus on helping clients save money and build wealth through real estate, I am an Atlanta native based in West Midtown. Whether you’re building a rental portfolio, buying or selling a personal residence in the metro Atlanta region, or negotiating commercial property and leases, I am here to guide you every step of the way. With over eight years of real estate experience and active investments in the Atlanta market, I stay on top of the latest trends and developments. I also manage a portfolio of ten rental properties across all the major counties, giving me firsthand insight into both the challenges and opportunities investors face.

I truly believe that homeownership is the foundation of the middle class. It’s more than just a place to live—it’s one of the most powerful ways for families to build long-term wealth, create stability, and establish roots in their community. Studies consistently show that a family’s net worth is closely tied to homeownership. To me, real estate is not just about property—it’s about opportunity, security, and passing something meaningful on to the next generation.

After relocating from Hong Kong to Cobb County as a teenager, I gained firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities international individuals face. I later graduated from Georgia Tech with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and began my career as a Petroleum Engineer. At the same time, I was actively acquiring both residential and commercial properties across Metro Atlanta for my clients. Through years of purchasing, negotiating, leasing, renovating, and managing investments, I have built invaluable experience and connections in both residential and commercial real estate—experience I now bring to every client I serve.

HOME BUYER REBATE FAQ'S

IS DISCLOSURE OF REBATES REQUIRED?

There is a law that requires disclosure of the rebate to all parties involved in the transaction, including the lender, seller, and attorney involved in the transaction. Therefore, it is extremely important to discuss the rebate with your lender as soon as possible.

COULD WE VISIT OPEN HOUSES AND NEW HOME COMMUNITIES?

Yes, but it's very important to list us as your buyer's agent upon the first contact with the agent. If not, the agent can claim that you were their customer and will not pay or pay a reduced commission.

WHEN WE VISITED A NEW HOME COMMUNITY, THE BUILDER'S SALES AGENT NEEDED YOUR INFORMATION FOR THE CONTRACT, WHAT WAS IT?

I HAVE ALREADY VISITED A NEW HOME COMMUNITY AND BEGUN WORKING WITH THE BUILDER/SALESPERSON. AM I STILL ELIGIBLE FOR THE REBATE?

The salesperson will need to know you would like to work with a buyer's agent. It will all depends on how far along you are in the sales process.

CAN YOU OFFER ME A LOW COST LISTING OPTION BEFORE I SELL MY HOME?

You can save thousands of dollars in commission when you sell your home if you contact me.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REBATE?

The rebate is paid at closing to be used towards your closing costs or the mortgage balance.
